Just walked back from the little beach next to the defunct Queen Victoria restaurant and there were plenty of kite-flyers, us included. Took our grand-daughter and her little kite and had a ball - I've never actually flown a kite before today! Looks like a good time was being had by all.... but how I wish they'd tidy the beach up a bit!

I was showing clients round a complex at Faros beach and they were impressed by the amount and many different styles on show.

I told them they were being flown just for them...... :)

Went back around 5pm and they were still going at it.
