Apparently the internet outage was Island wide. CYTA fixed it about 1.00 pm. It started about
10.00 am, maybe a bit earlier for some.
The "132" lines were very congested with anxious callers all morning.
Well done CYTA getting such a major fault fixed quickly.

All lines to 132 were busy, not surprising really.
Incidentally I have been a CYTANET customer for about 18 months and have been impressed
by their standard of service. The initial installation was completed in just a few days of ordering and we have had only one line fault since that was repaired in just a couple of hours.
This latest major fault seems to have been sorted out quickly too.

not affected at all here .... cyta have been excellent in my 5years as a customer of theirs

I've posted this elsewhere, but I had very few problems this morning. Had a couple of freezes, literally minutes, but apart from that - puter, router, iPad and TV were no problem, so I'm mystified????

I'm a Cyta supporter too, little problems in 12years, no complaints.

I was in the Cyta office this morning amd they were experiencing problems themselves - it's just one of those things, I didn't have a problem at home and have been with them 15 yrs!!

Took my car in to have its MOT this morning in Peyia and it could not be done as all computers where down Island wise for garages

Some stores like Smart, Sklavenitis didn't accept CC due network (JCC ?) connection problem Monday first half of a day

That's daft, I made three c/c transactions that morning, though one (in the Home Market) did take several attempts.
