In April this year the Director of the Dept of Lands and Surveys announced to the local media
his Dept would be undertaking a revaluation of all 2 million properties to be based on market price.
This after the previous 2013 revaluation proved flawed and resulted in 4600 complaints.
We were told this would be completed by the end of the year (i.e. end of 2018).
I have not seen any update/s to this, I wonder if any other forum member/s has/have?
