Neil, we have had 2 years of noise, dust, and disruption in The Old Town, so we deserve to have some attention now to make sure tourists are aware of the improvements here. Bar Street is a mess, because greedy owners of the empty premises there, can't rent their premises for that very reason - greed. |

With you there Dave, but just wonder what the drinking population of Paphos is like nowadays (many many years since I frequented Bar Street!) Is Bar street till the type of venue that the younger, harder spending end of tourism would still frequent? Or are they looking for more bang for their bucks?? I've absolutely no idea at all but maybe it's time for Bar Street to change its profile completely. Maybe Neil could shed some experience in this? |

Always associated The Old Town with daytime tourism, Bar St with tub thumping Disco Music, The Britannia with a good variety of music and just one or two particularly O'Neil's on TOK. |
