Well vine I was thinking that,only one reply, how sad poor old fats, thinking back there was Bill Haley, Rock around the Clock, at one of the Norwich cinemas, the teddy boys complete with DAs, drain pipes and winkle pickers, got too excited and altered the seat arrangements a bit. |

Originally I thought it was a thread about diets! Clearly he was a little ahead of his time in both musical and colour orientation, made some great tunes (and like many, some rubbish). He will be missed by many and its strange how through generations youngsters tended to 'follow' their favourites to cult status and even to gang and fighting level. Mods/rockers, punks/romantics etc etc. You wonder how many of the original trailblazers would be promoted in the current market. |
