My husband is Cypriot and

Larnaca & The Pafos District
Court.
This decision was
taken after it was brought to
our attention that some Ex Pats
had not been advised thoroughly
on the subject of Cyprus Wills
and Executors.

(This includes all revenue
stamps and should you wish to
deposit your Will with Pafos
District Court it also includes
me meeting with you and the
Probate Registrar and Swearing
the required Oath upon
depositing the said Will.)
UK De - Registration and Tax
Rebates ( if applicable) €35.00
(this will ensure that pensions
are paid gross of UK tax and
include regular updates on
progress on rebates if
applicable)
Please note:
1. The CYP Inland revenue
charge an administration charge
of €80.00 per Cyprus Tax
Registration in stamps and this
is charged back to the client)
2. If you delayed in registering
for Tax here and we are claiming
for previous years rebates form
the UK then a separate return
will be needed for each year and
the prices will be €35.00 for
each year)
