Earlier today I posted a thread about the snap election call, but it is no longer there.

Am I losing my mind or did I do something wrong?

What is TM announcement. Is it to do with the election?

Your thread isn’t missing, simply merged with another on the same topic.

I didn't know what that title was so I didn't look at the thread.

Can the title be changed to the snap election one so that people can understand what the thread is about?

It's ok Effsie, I know exactly where you're coming from.

There are so many threads on forums where people just post a link without an explanation or, worse still, posts threads called things like "A Question", or "What Do You Think About....". As a result, and to save time and sanity, I only read threads where the title suggests it might be of interest to me. I didn't understand the title of your thread, so I didn't click on it. It wasn't personal, I just didn't know what it was about so didn't look.

Clicking on it would have quite simply answered your question without all the palaver here. As usual.

Alternatively titling your thread something like "Prime Minister Calls Snap Election" would have clearly explained what your thread was about and, to use your word, there would have been no palaver.

If you think not understanding the title of your thread was my fault I would have to disagree, but I'm really not that bothered about it. We are all supposed to play nice, but I seem to be some kind of target for you.

FCOL,understanding the title of my thread clearly was a problem for you, I get that, but what's the problem with simply clicking on a thread to understand what it's about? Instead you chose, as usual, to grandstand it with your usual palaver. Simple.
