Paphos People

I'm looking for a two or three bedded accommodation for the above dates. Anywhere within easy reach of Kato Paphos, but not on Universal. We are a retired couple who would be there for the three months, but would have three (also retired) relatives come out to visit for a time. Hence the extra bedrooms. A terrace and pool are a requirement, as would reasonable access to the bus routes. Whilst myself and my wife are quite fit, a couple of the visitors aren't too good with hills or massive amounts of steps. We are limited on budget to 650euros per month. We are not averse to cleaning the place ourselves, even to keeping the pool clean, as long as the equipment is available. If you have such a place available, please let me know.

You're probably thought about it. Pool will probably only be usable until mid/late Oct. Also you should be close to the sea if you get the area you're after and sea usually stays warmer.
For your budget you should get a 3 bed probably with communal pool, which is possibly a good idea if you don't want to worry about the maintenance.
I struggling to think where is walkable to Kato Paphos other that Universal. The only places are the actual tourist areas themselves, which I wouldn't recommend.

Coral Bay or Tomb of the Kings area would suit you best as it has bus routes,beaches and reasonably flat and that time of the year you should be able to get a small villa with communal pool for your budget. Expect to have to pay electricity extra though but Sept it shouldn't be too bad cost wise.
