Hi how are you all. My wife and I were hoping that you may be able to help us out. We have been looking online at long term rental companies for Paphos and could you tell us some of the best sites to look and deal with. The two of us are looking for a long term let from the end of Jan 2013 and beyond, have been looking at a company called busybee have you heard of them and are they any good to deal with... any advice thanks.

Regards

Never heard of Busy bee but there are dozens of companies all doing the same job in this area. Most offer a service to the landlord to find a tenant and then leave the tenant and the landlord to their own devices. Not always the best way to find a good landlord or property.
There are hundreds of people (myself included) that unable to sell their properties are looking for good long term tenants so you will have no difficulty in finding one without an agent.
You could even put your requirements on this forum and I guarantee you will get many replies.

Hi Charlie
being renters ourselves
what I would advise.....is to come out here on a shorter 2-3 week let....you can find some excellent ones on Owners Direct.......
and then go round and see the properties for your long term let then
as pictures and descriptions of properties and where they are situated can sometimes be very missleading
Mr Rent is excellent as is Smart Rentals
there are lots of bargains and properties here for rent and excellent prices
all the best
maggie

Make Pegeia your first stop. You won't be disappointed in what you see and get for your money.

Thanks to all for your replies, We are looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom place ideally between Katos and the Tomb of the Kings area as that is the part we know best at the moment wanting a place long term 12 months and beyond starting Feb/March 2013 ... Thanks again for the advice and feel free to offer your rentals for me to have a look at :sunny
