"Anne's Aerobics on a Thursday morning 10-11am at Mesogi Community Centre (off the Polis Road). Come and join the fun and keep fit to 70's-90's, country, latin, rock & roll music! A low impact exercise class incorporating legs, bums & tums, with some salsa too! Suits any age, any size, males and females. Join us for coffee after and make new friends!
