Save a small box, those mini cereal boxes are ideal. Make two entry, exit holes on opposite sides. Place some borax power inside and close box. Place against side of wall, or work top where they may run, (with the holes to the bottom.) They enter and exit the box getting covered in borax, go home to there babies, have a wash and brush up and die. Borax is available from chemists here. Julia |

And be aware, they will spread borax around your kitchen, so everyday washing surfaces and stuff is mandatory chore . |

Bay leaves will keep them away. |
