My wife suffers from ME and has done so for the last 15 years. Are there any fellow sufferers in the Paphos area or does the climate, diet,lifestyle help to alleviate the symptoms? |

Hey there PeterBill, indeed, diet is a big factor with ME, if not the most important one. If she sticks to a paleolithic diet she should find large improvements in symptoms, some get 100%. Look it up online. The best literature I know of RE this diet is Deadly Harvest by Jeoff Bond. logical, comprehensive, evidence based, fascinating read indeed!
