Stayed several times. Excellent if you prefer a smaller, quiter hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast in a dedicated restaurant. Dinner also very good, chef very interested in guests views and his menu is on a 14 day rotation. His chicken curry is the best I've ever had in a hotel. Great value if you book via the internet; in February we had a double room, half board for £25 per person. Ironically, if we had booked B & B and chosen to have dinner in the hotel, that was priced at €25 per head !. At the time the exchange rate was 1:1 so if you assume we were paying for dinner, then we had bed & breakfast for free !. |
