"Auctioned at the beginning of March, the famous 4 star hotel in Peyia, Crown resort Hotel, in Paphos. According to the auction notice, the sale will take place on 11/03/2020 at 10am. this property is 18100 sqm and the reserve price is 21,450.00 euros."

The four star Crown Resorts Hotel in Peyia is being sold at auction on March 11.
The reserve price for the hotel is €21,450,000.

Whoever gets it for whatever price will have to spend an absolute fortune refurbishing it, if it was viable I'm sure Leptos would've snapped it up ages ago!
