'Sorry Folk's Not For Me Never Again' Stayed June 2015, traveled with family This hotel Complex/3 Storey Flats & Villas is in Emba and (not) Kato Paphos as the map shows when booking with Bookcyprus.com (bad costly mistake), it is miles away from any civilisation stuck up in the hills next to a working dusty building site as the developement is on-going! therefore your own transport is a must and considering this place is practicaly brand new, it lacked simple common sense across the board, I could write a book but to keep it simple here we go, only one of the reception staff was helpful the rest were grumpy and ignorant, absolutely no entertainment, the breakfast waitress was very nice and friendly but could only serve you with what she had ie some days there was no cereal? and the size of the cereal portion was ridiculous ie 4 spoonfuls and it was gone and the full English was'nt much better and was made worse by the 2 tiny hot dog sausages which were an insult, the accomodation was a 1 Bedroom 3rd floor flat, roomy and nice enough but had to complain at the offset as there was no pressure from the kitchen tap and no plug in the kitchen sink or the bath, toaster and iron had a 2 pin plug attached so had to ask for an adapter and also a hair drier as that was missing, the room cleaners did not appear until day for then came daily thereafter then the lift broke on day 5. P.s......................Must mention during the Cyprus May bank holiday weekend there were a few Cypriot familys staying and low and behold on those 3 days the breakfast was self service instead of the waitress taking your order and as much as you could eat which included real English pork sausages, sadly on day 4 it went back to normal (slap in the face for tourists or what?) 3 of 5 stars Sleep Quality 3 of 5 stars Rooms 3 of 5 stars Service |
