I Stayed there for 8 days in Jan 2013 as part of a 2 month break back in Paphos, its just as Neil described it to me after I had unfortunately already booked it 'GODS WAITING ROOM' right enough, it also hangs on to a reputation from days gone buy but sadly has never moved on and just stood still for years now, hotel itself and rooms were clean enough and its well enough run but not a 4* food was also mediocre, very repetitive, very little choice and boring! I suppose on the other hand if your a pensioner and get a good Jan/Feb deal for a month or so then its value for money as i can think of a lot worse hotels in Paphos than this one!

Gods waiting room is not a slur in the slightest but merely indicates that during the summer months in particular it is occupied by mature citizens of many different nationalities who return year after year.

They offer some fabulous priced breaks of a longer type which keeps a returning client base, it is well located and groups of walkers and such like also find it is ideal.

Yes its dated and it remains to be seen how active the management are in this issue. They have some stiff competition from new hotels and ones still being built so they will be wondering if it is feasible to refurbish at all.

Hmm..We stayed there for the 3 day Christmas break.....The Christmas Day Lunch was GREAT BUT after that it was all down hill FAST.

1 The room was small and the carpet very worn and dirty-we had ants in the room

2. The lunch each day become revitalised evening meal

3. Hundreds of CAT's

We would NOT recomend this Hotel to anyone. It really is very tired and scruffy. Oh the pool area is very nice. :-(
