I am not sure but as Saudi is not in the EU, you cannot get a pet passport and they would have to go into quarantine in Cyprus.
As others have suggested, ask the vet.

We brought our cat from the UK and the saying 'Taking coals to Newcastle' comes to mind - but we have had my little princess for over 10 yrs now and I couldn't have left her with somebody else.....besides which no bugger would have put up with her :lol:
