Looking for advice on taking over a business.
What to do first etc etc.
Also looking for recommendations for a accountant but who
also does immigration etc, etc

Hi, thanks for your response.

Have tried to email Tina, but when I email her it sends it back
dont know whether its my system or her email has changed?

Will call her and find out, unless she is looking at site and can
confirm her email address?????

Sounds to me like you will need someone to represent you legally and handle the purchase and sale contract, And an auditor to ensure all is clear and as expected in the target books at date of sale, and if required to also potentially monitor transactions carried out after sale date but before you are in control
