Seeing as the first payment is due 31st July I am getting a little concerned that I haven't received my form yet - has anyone else got theirs?

If my memory serves me well it was mid July when the form arrived last year....so don't panic...yet.

Well the form arrived this week - all I need to do now is guess the exchange rate - any ideas on what rate we use this year?
