"Consensus" .... Consensus decision-making is a group decision-making process in which group members develop, and agree to support a decision in the best interest of the whole.

This definition supports the result of the Referendum ..... Not the ideas that a minority section of the population should be able to interfere with the wishes of the majority.
Although the Majority would take account of any wishes that could be accommodated, without substantially affecting the result of the Referendum. :uk
i.e. Listen to 'remainers' but not to let them over-ride the Brexit decision.
That's Democracy.

To David Davis.

A negotiating point you may wish to raise with Mr Bannier:

Early in the Brexit negotiations, after the EU citizenship and Expats in the EU is resolved the second point should be that the UK will not be the first to impose duties on EU manufactured goods entering the UK, but will only reciprocate in kind if duties are placed on our goods by the EU, as this will put the ball firmly in the EU's court, and will see the other 27 countries squabbling over how to respond.

Nearly there folks!
