Never Invest with Hansard International. Their charges are very steep and trying to close an account with them and get your own money back is an obstacle course of utter lunacy.

They put every obstacle you can imagine in your way of getting your money back from them. The process of trying to get your money back from them is an utter farce

I thought Hansard was the minuts of parlimentry meetings.

In fact John it is the verbatim transcript of parliamentary debate. However in smaller parliaments than Westminster there simply are not the staff to transcribe and check the many hours of debate. In these assemblies the proceedings are taped (twice in case of mechanical breakdown). Elected members still refer to this record of proceedings as a Hansard even though this is not actually correct.
