I am in protracted discussions with my UK debit card provider (Santander) about the Verrified by Visa facility. The bottom line is that they won't let me sign up because I don't have a UK postcode, having my Cyprus address on my account. This means I am having increasing difficulty in using the card to pay for online purchases. It would be useful if those of you who reside in Cyprus, and have retained a UK bank account with your Cypriot address, could let me know who provides your card and if you have been able to sign up to Verrified by Visa. I will keep your personal details confidential and just use the data you provide to strengthen my case.

Josef - my debit card is supplied by Nationwide, I have a Cypus address and postcode and use the Verified by Visa facility regularly.
