I have been advised that many people are being told that UK Goverment Pensions are Uk Taxable, regardless of a persons Non Resident Status. This is not true.

Although the HMRC web site does not help matters for the everyday person that does not know where to look and I have also found evidence on the HMRC site that has not been updated which may be where the confusion began

To check this on HMRC web site type in DT Digest in the search field, Open the DT Digest and go to page 11 for Cyprus, DT Article No is given in red if your interested.
