I am informed by my developer that my Title Deeds are now available, so I have started to update my knowledge of the process. What struck me as a concern was that the AX number I had been given initially, had now been changed to one including a much more recent year (2016). Am I correct in my assumption that it is probably a result of a 're-evaluation' of my property value following the review started in 2013 & that (unsurprisingly) the value will be significantly increased to the value in 1980, upon which the transfer fees were previously calculated? |
