Requirements:-

Experience of Ubiqiuti Wireless Equipment
Experience of CYTA ADSL/VDSL2+ Modems.
Knowledge of DMA Softlabs Radius Manager
Knowledge of Mikrotik Routers
Experience of TV boxes such as MAG, Formuler, Android and smart TV’s.
Excellent Customer relations experience
English language essential, Greek, Russian or Chinese will be offer preferential treatment to applicants.

A qualification in Information Technology – ideally degree or HND level (or equivalent) or experience working in a similar position previously. Training will be provided.

Must be able to work on own initiative.
Must be able to change/upgrade cables to CAT5.
Must be able to install ubiquiti equipment and configure.
Ability to use ladders for access to roof mounted antennas.

Contract will be based on a flexible working arrangement with a monthly salary to be agreed with full social insurance paid. Salary can be paid 50% from our UK Company and 50% from Cyprus if the successful applicant wishes to keep their UK NI up to date in the UK for their pension etc. UK workplace pension contributions may be required in this instance, should the applicant be a UK national.

Weekend callouts are considered emergency only, and time off the following week will be given.

The job will entail covering the phones in the offices as required providing technical support to our customers and visiting customer premises to resolve issues. The applicant will need to be conversant in the above technologies and carry a covid safe pass. If use of own vehicle is required a mileage allowance will be paid. Applicants must hold a valid MEU1/2/3 document or a a UK1/2/3 document and hold a valid Cyprus SI number or a valid work permit in order to be considered.

Internet will be provided as part of the package, via fixed line or wireless depending on the employee location.
