we are looking to recruit a part time cook and waiting staff for busy premises in the Polis/Latchi area.

The position of part time cook need not be a qualified chef, but must be able to demonstrate excellent home cooking skills in a very busy kitchen.
A minimum of 2 years experience is essential.
Working hours and days to be discussed and agreed.
Current health certificate will be required.
The succesful person will be expected to work as part of a team and be involved in all aspects of the smooth running of the kitchen and service area.
Terms and pay to be discussed.

Part time waiting staff also required.
A minimum of 1 years experience required.
Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Work under pressure.
Be part of a team and very flexible regarding working hours.
Good rates of pay and terms for the right person.

References will be required for both posts.
