I have been reading all sorts of scare stories of empty shelves and a scarcity of chicken. All rubbish! This last week I have been to Morrisons, Sainsburys and M&S food Hall. There were no empty shelves!! I buy two large chickens every week for the dogs and in all 3 supermarkets the shelves were full of chicken. As far as I can see there is no panic buying despite the media doing their best to facilitate this and we got everything we needed on our shopping lists! |
