UPD thank you, we found a place.

Hello all, we were dumped by a potential landlady who decided to sell with a very short notice and now are looking for a 2-3 bedroom property with a pool 20-30 minutes drive max from TLC school. Long term, flexible.
Upper Peyia or Tala are our favourites but in our situation beggars are not choosers, alas.
