Without title deeds no chance of selling. " Title deeds imminent" meaningless . |

Not the case stormy, he has every chance of selling. Not having title deeds is no real impediment if there is the correct documentation and guarantees in place and the price is attractive. I sell not titled property regularly now due to the attractive pricing and positive sellers. |
