Hi, as stated above looking for a villa in st george or peyia. Have looked at a few estate agents properties to offer on line as I am not yet in Cyprus, hopefully with in next 2 weeks, but not found the one I like....recommended estate agents please.

I had a quick look on Paphosfinder based in Kissonerga rents for 4 bedders in Peyia range from €750-2000 per month, most were around the €1200 pm mark. That's a lot of money if you ask me.
You should be able to find 4 bed/3 bath unfurnished with pool for around €600.
As Neil says look around when you get here.

Paphosfinder always have quite a few that are not yet on the website and off course...haggle..there are bargains to be had
