We are moving to somewhere smaller next month so are advertising this villa for our landlord as he has been such a good one.

It is a 3 bed,3 bath,part furnished detached villa with pool and covered parking and gardens overlooking the sea and the Akamas. It is 1 of 2 villas standing on their own so very private and quiet. It has a log fire in the lounge and full air con and fly screens. He will allow well behaved pets. He does prefer mature people with an interest in keeping the house and garden looking good.

We are happy to show people round but no time wasters please.

It is 550 per month plus bills and you do your own pool arrangements.
