Due to the villa we are renting being sold We are urgently looking for a 2 or 3 bed ground floor apartment or villa to rent in Peyia from end of January for 6 months whilst our villa is being built. I am a little confused? Were you not asking about the cost of managing a complex which I assumed you lived on.As a tenant you would not be asking about management companies I would have thought?.
Maybe I have just got something wrong here ( am getting old).
