Methinks something does not sound right. Why put "the owner has full title deeds" ? surely you would as an owner state "I have full title deeds" ? Why not state the rent as a figure and add that the figure is negotiable to the right tenant? I know someone who is looking in that area and wants a bungalow too so would need to know the rent before contacting her. |
