2 bedroom flat in Kato Paphos for sale or rent. Old style flat so decent size rooms, nice size bathroom, small kitchen which needs upgrading. Flat is on the 1st floor (1 up from street level for non brits) Title deeds are in hand and go with the sale. Very nice common pool in complex, only 10 mins from beach, 5 mins from post office. Looking for either a long term rent, or will consider selling for the right price. Valuation report for legal purposes done only last year, viewing of this report available for serious punters. Following a period of rental which is coming to the end soon, I am now putting this on the market. The flat needs renovation, particularly to the kitchen, wardrobes, and the shutters.
