I have a 2 bed apartment in Kato Paphos which may (most likely) be available soon, it has some basic furniture (enough to move in), it needs a good clean up, redecorating, and some refurb work done. I will be open to the idea of a new tenant agreeing a scope of work and budget, which we can discount part of the early months rent to cover the cost.
