A modern detached stone villa is available to rent in the beautiful village of Polemi, north of Paphos. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and is within walking distance of the school, taverna and shops. It has its own private swimming pool and low maintenance garden.

On the ground floor there is a large kitchen diner, and a separate lounge as well as a bathroom and double bedroom. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom plus a large balcony. All the bedrooms come with fitted wardrobes.

The property comes with air conditioning and central heating. Pets are welcome.The villa can come furnished or unfurnished.
