It was €449k........................originally it was valued by a well-known pair of "Marketing Agents" (who have since left the Island) at €649k, having taken our money and sold out to a local auctioneer who we wouldn't touch with a bargepole...................what a joke (on us) that was!!!!...................in any event, its clearly a pointless exercise but we have to go through the motions :rain
