Friends coming to live in Cyprus are looking for a long term rental house/bungalow in or around Pegia/Coral Bay/Kissonerga etc.
Garden a must,sea views if possible,off road parking,residential area (no complexes).They are non smokers,have no animals and are very sociable but not noisy.They will be excellent tenants and look after any property they rent.Budget up to 500 euros a month.
Do not require a pool but if there is one then they will consider it.

there are loads of property that would be good for your
friends out there , shop about , you will find bargins ..
I had friends who are going to move into a 400 per month
place , from a 600 place , when the landlord found out , he said he would drop the rent from 600
a month to 350 , to make them stay ..

its a renters market, tell them what you will pay , dont let them tell you what they want for it .

Have re posted this as they are still looking and are now seeking something in a wider area to find the right property.So many are on complexes which they don't want.PM me with anything suitable please.

As a matter of interest I (Flashcat) have posted my 3 bedroom detatched villa on this forum for sale or rent with photos. It might be of interest to your friends, as it is not on a complex but in a quiet cul-de-sac.
