we are looking to rent a very long term rental (think years )
of a 2 - 3 bedroom bungalow in Peyia
our lease finishes in end of May 2011
preferably with Central Heating or wood burner
unfurnished or part furnished
own pool and garden area
Cyta connection and sky if possible
We will look after your home and garden as we would our own
we are in our 50's, very quiet, non smokers, no pets
we can supply excellent references from previous landlords
we are currently paying 400 euro's a month for our 2 bed bungalow in lower peyia and are looking to pay the same or upto 500 euro's for the right property
only reason we are moving is that the owners are coming out for the summer
they have asked us to come back for next winter....but we want a home long term of our own
