Detached or Townhouse at least 3 bedrooms pref in Kato Paphos with communal pool by retired couple (no pets). Up to €900 pm for right property to start March.

Not sure which of your three requests to reply to :wink: but I would have thought that you were bidding rather too high for somewhere with a communal pool

May I suggest that you ask Susan at Mr Rent - they found us a tenant last year.
