Wanted villa in quiet location Peyia/Coral Bay area by mature working couple, furnished /unfurnished , so youve gone back to UK , your property is empty but your still paying electric and all other charges ! we will look after your property live in it and we will treat it with respect, and you will get an income. Nice one Neil will think about that , think think think NO ,lol. 3 bed would be nice with pool if pos or jacuzzi . wine cellar full of course, and the use of a car pref Merc 500 SEL . pm if interested.

Don't know Neil, sounds quite acceptable to me HOWEVER

You haven't said how much of an income I would receive..€1,000pw seems about right
