Hi we are looking for long term tenants to lease our beautiful apartment.
The apartment is located in Melania Gardens (Chloraka) which is fully furnished with 3 large bedrooms, ,4 air- conditioners, 2 bathrooms, lounge and dining, opening to 2 covered balconies with beautiful views and gorgeous cool breeze on those hot summers which is very rare to find in Cyprus., has undercover car space under the apartment… sits on 3rd level overlooking the pool and front of the apartment.
Its a very large spacious apartment 112 SQM. It also has a shared large swimming pool with beautiful garden surroundings and a play area for the kids. In the pool there is usually 1-2 people a day sometimes not even that .Apartment sits on top of the mountain called Melanos (Chloraka Paphos) which is very quite atmosphere but if you feel a bit lonely it would only take 5 minutes to be entertained as there are heaps of restaurants and coral beach is just 7-10 minute drive. Walking distance to the Buses for Tourist locations.
