I wonder how many people on PP have €1.5 million properties?

Pete, you would be surprised. more than you would imagine. Its amazing how often when we speak to sellers they are aware of and have read pp. Not all are always active and many are known as passive lurkers, but nonetheless have some fantastic houses, and often for sale.

Many of these owners want their properties sold 'quietly' therefore we have a section at the back of the website where properties can only be viewed by invited parties.

That's quite surprising.
