Hello, I'm a EU citizen and retired from work. I will come soon to Paphos and will apply for residence with the MEU1 form. I heard that because at the Civil Registry and Migration Department of the Ministry of Interior nobody speaks English, it can be a nightmare going by yourself if you do not speak Greek. How have you done it? Is it possible to do it through an agency? and if yes, can you suggest one? Thank you |

Immigration speak very good English. You don't need an agent just patience, because immigration can be a pain in the rear end to deal with. Go see them when you arrive, take your passport. Immigration then give you a list of documents to find and bring back to them. You will be given an appointment some weeks into the future. You don't need a single word of Greek. |
