Hi, Whats the best bank in Cyprus to open a current account with ? I'm looking at living part in both UK and Cyprus from September onwards and will need an account. Thanks. |

I'm with Bank of Cyprus and havent had any major problems in last 14 years. http://www.bankofcyprus.com.cy/en-GB/Internet-Banking/ I have my UK state and service pensions paid direct at best commercial rates, to my Euro debit account and don't get any charges from BOC. I cancelled my BOC Sterling account years ago. I still have sterling accounts in UK Bank |

to save on bank charges we have an Hellenic Bank accounts 1 for sterling transfers and 1 for euro's we get a higher exchange rate to euro's from our sterling account because we have an account with them |
