Hi All
edd has an industrial injuries form DA1 that needs to be handed in for his health care
was told to go to CAB on Butchers Boy Lane
went....but found that that was wrong place
been told now to go to the department of Social Security
apparantly it is near to President Makarios sculpture after CYTA
been there and can't find it
HELP!!!!
any one know where we have to go to hand this form in????
or know where Social Security is???

If you are coming from Debenhams round about , when you go through the lights at the makarios statue, there is a Sony shop on your left , just past that , turn left , the office is there on the left , its the place where you pay social insurance ..
