Paphos People

Hi everybody. My name is Clive. My wife and I have been bitten by the bug of moving out to the Paphos area. We currently run a small retail unit in UK. Need lots of help trying to track down an empty shop unit for rent. Have had the odd reply through the angloINFO forum, but not much joy. We take it there are no actual commercial agencies in Cyprus, is this the case? I cant find out anything about other costs either, e.g. is there an equivalent charge to UK business rates, and if so what can we expect in terms of percentage of rent, or is it worked out very differently to UK? Sorry to be a pest, but having read some of the diaries, felt we had a good chance of finding out all the peripheral stuff we need to know. Thanks for any help you can give. Clive

I wouldn't worry, cos there are lots of places to rent here at the moment. You need to just come over and drive around and take your pick of where you want to be...
