Is anyone thinking of selling their property and returning to the UK in the next 12-18 months ?

We currently have a 2 bed holiday apartment on a gated complex in Chlorakas.

We are looking to upgrade to a villa/bungalow within the Paphos area with a budget of Circa €250,000 - €300,000.

It could be benefical to both parties as we could pay in Stirling and Agents fees would be avoided.

Private message me if interested. We are planning to come out in April (this is now looking less likely due to Covid and vaccines !) We usually visit every Spring and Autumn for 3 months.
