How very sad and tragic, this womany suffered for years and no one cared - where were the neighbours not to intervene or to help her.

just read this in Daily Mail and must say i am shocked by it. How very sad that this sort of behaviour seems to go unpunished and seemingly ignored by those in authority.As a result the victims pay with their lives. Very very sad http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article ... -yobs.html |

I know, its a real tragedy, but this sort of antil social behaviour does seem to be on the rise, either that or it just makes the news more often. Does remind me though of why I am glad I don't live there! |
