The health ministry said Friday that that pharmaceutical giant Pfizer would temporarily reduce deliveries to Europe of its vaccine against Covid-19 while it upgrades its production capacity.

A total of 3,510 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine are expected to be delivered to Cyprus on January 18, instead of the 6,825 originally estimated.

It is incredible the amounts of vaccines that the EU are sending through
Even with manufacturing issues
For Cyprus ...it will take years with these amounts per week to vaccinate everyone

Let’s hope that the EU gets it,s finger out and approves the Astra Zeneca Vaccine soon
Which is easier to give out and could go to gp,s surgeries or local hospital centres to vaccinate everyone

As they do with the flu jabs
